Deepa Mani is a corporate transformation leader, entrepreneur, and cultural advocate with 25+ years of experience spanning technology, the arts, and organisational change. As Founder & CEO of Proud of Colour (POC) Beauty and Founder & Artistic Director of Chandralaya School of Dance, she brings a rare combination of boardroom rigour and creative entrepreneurship to The Iceberg Foundation.

Her career spans large-scale transformation programs across education, transport, financial services, and healthcare — in both Australia and the United States — with deep expertise in governance, strategy, and stakeholder engagement.

A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Deepa has served on executive boards and government advisory bodies, and is recognised nationally as the 2024 APATA Performing Arts Teacher of the Year and a 2026 Beauty Shortlist Award winner for Most Inclusive Makeup Brand.
