Not sure if we’re the right fit for you?
Before commencing therapy, it is highly recommended you book in with your prospective clinician for a free 30 minute initial meet and greet, so they can assess whether they can support you with your needs. This consult is an opportunity for both of you to determine whether working together feels like the right fit. This can be done, over the phone, in-person or online via zoom.
During this conversation, you’re welcome to share what has brought you to therapy and ask any questions about their approach. There is no expectation for you to make a decision during this consult.
Equally, your prospective clinicans uses this time to ensure that they are the most appropriate clinician to support you. If they believe another practitioner would better meet your needs, they will provide a thoughtful referral.
This process is designed to ensure that therapy begins with clarity, mutual fit, and the best possible support for you.
