If you are new participant and it is your first session, please contact our friendly team first to help you get started. Once you have been onboarded (filled out intake forms), you can book in sessions yourself online independently.

It can look different depending on your referral pathway, but generally:
Contact our friendly participant support team and tell us what you’d like to work on or whether you have a preferred clinician
If you’ve chosen your clinician and would like a free consultation to see if they’re a good fit for you, we can book you in
We’ll send you our intake forms, through our platform Halaxy via email
Once that’s been filled out, we’ll book you in for your first full session with your clinician

Our free counselling is provided through the Manaya Pride Program. This is available to LGBTQIAP+ forcibly displaced, refugee and asylum seeker people.

Yes. All of our clinicians are available online and in-person.

Yes we do! All of our clinicians are available online so we can provide sessions no matter which state you are in Australia. Just give us a heads up on your time zone, so we can make sure all communications are in your provided time zone.

Unfortunately, no. Patrick and Sam only provide clinical supervision at The Iceberg Foundation.

Yes, we can invoice directly to your chosen organisation, depending on their processes. We work with VocFAS, NDIS, Worksafe, some EAPs and private health insurance providers. Please contact us to ensure we are able to work with your services funder.

To ensure everyone gets a chance to book in with their clinician we have a 48 hour cancellation policy:
If cancelled 48 hours+ prior to your session start time - no charge
If cancelled between 24 and 48 hours prior to your session start time - 50% of session fee charged
If cancelled less than 24 hours - 100% of session fee charged
If you do not attend and don’t give us notice - 100% of session fee charged
We know that emergencies can happen sometimes, so in those cases we implement this policy on a case by case basis.
