Announcement: For current and continuing participants — commencing from the 1st of July 2026, we will be offering an additional 5 sessions charged at a discounted rate (equivalent to the standard gap fee) to those who have exhausted all 10 Medicare-rebated sessions on their Mental Health Treatment Plan. We hope that this helps to break through some financial barriers in continued community care.

Counselling

The duration of a standard session is 60 minutes (50 minutes of therapy + 10 minutes of admin time at the end of the session)

Third-party
funded counselling

In order to be eligible for counselling funded by a third-party (e.g. NDIS), you must have a plan or award in place that you can send to us, and your chosen clinician must be able to accept payment from the particular funding body.
The duration of a standard session is 60 minutes (50 minutes of therapy + 10 minutes of admin time at the end of the session). Longer sessions can be discussed with your clinician.
Pricing will vary according to the funder’s fee schedule. Depending on the funder, there may be a gap fee that you’ll need to pay out of pocket. You can view our payment policy here. Please contact us if you’re unsure whether you’ll be charged a gap fee.

EMDR

EMDR can range from a standard 60 minute session (50 minutes therapy + 10 minutes of admin time at the end), to 90 minute and 120 minute sessions.

Clinical Supervision

Supervision sessions are usually 60 minutes in length, however, if you require longer sessions, please contact us.
$200 per 60 minute session

Letters, reports, assessments

Occasionally, you may need a support letter or report for the purposes of advocating your case to third-party funders, applications, or workplaces. You can request this from us by submitting a letter/report request form.
If you’re requesting this letter or report as part of your application to a third-party funder like FAS, they may not pay for this unless it has been approved. You must obtain the necessary pre-approval if you would like it paid by someone else other than yourself, otherwise you’ll be liable for any expenses.
If you are a new participant who is looking to engage in therapy sessions with the intention of requesting a support letter in the future, please let us know during intake process, so we can match you with a clinician who is accredited to write the type of document you need.
The duration of time required for a practitioner to complete a letter or report will depend on how complex it is and the specific requirements of the document. We’ll be able to let you know after you submit the request form.
Generally, letters and reports take a minimum of 1-2 hours to write, as the time includes gathering of your case notes and files. Please allow up to 5 weeks from receipt of the form submission.
Letters and reports are charged at the same rate as the clinician’s hourly session fee.
Any amendments required to the initial letter or report will be charged at 30 minute increments.

Concession Sessions

In order to be eligible for concession sessions, you must hold a valid and current Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card. This card is issued by Services Australia and the expiry date must still be valid.
The duration of a standard session is 60 minutes (50 minutes of therapy + 10 minutes of admin time at the end of the session).
$105-220 per 60 minute session
