They say it takes a village to raise a child and maintain adults — and just as importantly, it takes a village to sustain a community organisation that is built by and for those with lived and living experience.
 
The Iceberg Foundation (TIF) exists because of collective care, and we are inviting you to become part of something powerful: TIF’s Village.
 
We are calling on 50 people to commit $500 per year for 5 years to ensure that neurodivergent and queer humans have access to identity-affirming supports, joy, their favourite selves, and the radical power of community care. Your commitment doesn’t just fund a charity—it fuels a movement. It allows us to keep our doors open, provide life-changing support, and create spaces where our communities don’t just survive but thrive.
