If you are making a referral on behalf of a participant, you can download our intake/referral forms below to complete with the participant and email it through to us.

Getting there and parking

Parking tips:

  • There are two car spots at the front of the space

  • There are also numerous free 2 hour parking options across the road and in the near car park including at the Footscray library


Public Transport: 

  • 6 minute walk from Middle Footscray station

  • 11 minute walk or 6 minute bus ride from Footscray station
