As a therapist and clinical supervisor Jess [she/her] knows how incredibly rewarding it can be for therapists to support people through the peaks and valleys of their life and at the same time, she knows how important the supervision space is to the sustainability of your practice.

As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, an EMDR Practitioner and an EMDR Consultant in Training Jess has significant experience in partnering with both participants of all ages and therapists at any point in their career to create spaces in which people can explore what might be getting in the way of them finding and stepping into their favourite selves.

Jess has experience in multiple settings including schools, private practice, and community organisations where she has drawn on her experience and knowledge, especially in relation to trauma, to support folks using social work lenses including systemic, psychodynamic, adaptive, relational integrative, attachment informed and anti-oppressive practices as well as modalities such as EMDR, person centred therapy, single session therapy, strengths based therapy, and no bullshit therapy. Jess is undertaking further training in identity affirming EDMR practices including anti-oppressive and haling centred EMDR to support clinicians to work with their participants in a way that affirms people’s identities.
