Hanada Ghazala

Volunteer Events Coordinator | She/Her/Hers

Hanada predominantly works on the unceded lands of the Woiwurrung, Wurrundjeri and Bunurong peoples of the Kulin Nation

Hanada is currently open to suggestions of events through the Manaya Pride Program and can be contacted via email

Hanada volunteers with TIF's Manaya Pride Program to coordinate TIF's monthly events and gatherings that are trauma informed, anti-oppressive and focussed on community building opportunities for LGBTIQAPSB+ Forcibly Displaced People.

 

Hanada is passionate about addressing and tackling mental health stigma within minority communities. She dedicates her time to reproductive health advocacy, mental health awareness, stand up comedy and being the eldest child.

Hanada loves working and connecting with community groups in order to organise events, and gatherings that affirm people's identities, their needs and their passions. Hanada strives to allyship with the LGBTIQAPSB+ and Neurodivergent communities and is committed to working alongside people, groups, communities and faiths to hold space for people who live with intersections in their life and are wanting to connect with others who have lived experience.


When she isn’t working or volunteering, Hanada is baking up a storm and watches old game playthroughs.
