We’re here for our community – because we are the community.

and because Mental Health is more than just the tip of The Iceberg.

Welcome to The Iceberg Foundation – we are so happy that you’re here.

At The Iceberg Foundation, we strive for mental health care to feel a warm support, not a cold waiting room. That’s why we’re building something different - a space where LGBTIQA+ and neurodivergent people can show up exactly as they are, without fear, without judgment, and with all the support they deserve.

As a community-led and operated mental health organisation, we are committed to fostering a thriving queer and neurodivergent community where humans are embraced for who they are.

We understand that everyone’s journey is unique, and we respect people’s lived and living experiences both in the present and historically.

We’re queer and neurodivergent led, because lived experience matters and we’re community-driven, because no one should have to navigate their mental health journey alone. And we’re all about making sure you have the tools, support, and connections to thrive - not just survive.

Because everyone’s journey to their favourite self is different.

As trusted by:

We acknowledge the truth: that Australia contains hundreds of nations, spanning 65,000 years, and we live and work on land unceded by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. We acknowledge the rightful custodians and owners of the land and waters upon which we work, learn and teach. We pay our respects to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Elders past, and present.

The Iceberg Foundation is committed to honouring First Nation's Peoples' unique cultural and spiritual relationships to the land, waters and seas as well as their rich and respected contribution to our society.

The Iceberg Foundation supports the Uluru Statement from the Heart.
