Mish is a non-binary and queer therapist of colour, supporting children, young people, adults, and families across Melbourne. As a social worker, psychotherapist and EMDR therapist, Mish supports people like you with a vast array of concerns and has a particular interest in supporting you to navigate the barriers or hurdles you might experience to achieving and maintaining your favourite version of you. Mish is not interested in fitting people into boxes but rather, is interested in supporting you to explore what wellness and healing means to you and how you will get there together.

Through their dynamic and supportive approach, Mish creates an environment for change that is comfortable and easeful. It's an environment in which you can explore your current, past or future life challenges and develop awareness about your circumstances and the next steps. Mish is passionate about you learning to be more authentically you in ways that make sense to you and your situation.


Mish works collaboratively with you on to bring understanding to situations you might feel stuck in. Through a range of therapy techniques including Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), body-based movement techniques and Mindfulness Therapy, Mish supports you to process distressing memories, thoughts, emotions, body sensations and even behaviours so that you can find peace, healing, calmness and safety in your own being. 


Mish acknowledges supports you to recoginse, find and build on your innate strengths which allows you to explore relevant options and pursue the ones that feel right for you.
