Ruhee supports people on the unceded lands of the Woiwurrung, Wurrundjeri and Bunurong people.
Ruhee is TIF’s Practice & Operations Manager, bringing her knack for problem-solving and system design to support both the team and participants with care and clarity. Outside of TIF, she runs Allied Collective, Australia’s first inclusive facilitation and wellbeing practice, where she helps organisations create real, lasting change through workshops. With over 13 years of experience, she’s worked with more than 45 companies to improve leadership, retention, and wellbeing through engaging training. Ruhee has a background in psychology, business management, and Yoga philosophy, and she uses it all to centre inclusion and accessibility in everything she does. She also sits on the Regional Advisory Council for the Victorian Multicultural Commission, coaches female entrepreneurs, and advocates for equity and belonging. Known as a “Firecracker With Purpose,” Ruhee leads with warmth, honesty and a deep belief in people’s potential.
