Alice supports people on the unceded lands of the Woiwurrung, Wurrundjeri and Bunurong people at TIF on Thursdays from 2pm - 6pm.

Sorcha is an Art Therapist and Counselor who works with adults, adolescents, children and families.

They use somatic, expressive and trauma-informed approaches to growth and healing. Sorcha offers talk therapy as well as art therapy using drawing, painting, ceramics, textiles poetry, creative writing, and other modalities to assist with emotional expression, the exploration of inner worlds and accessing flow states.

They are client-centred and shape approaches collaboratively with those they work with. They believe in using the systematic and structural to understand distress, trauma, and conflict.

Sorcha has experience and interest in supporting the following areas:

● LGBTQI+ people and families
● People experiencing low self-worth
● Children and adults struggling to locate and express healthy anger
● People experiencing eating disorders
● Emotional processing for people who have experienced abortion
● Health anxiety
● Sibling conflict
● Individuals experiencing conflict, relational issues or bullying

Sorcha holds a Masters of Art Therapy and is a Professional member of ANZACATA
