Michelle works on the lands of the Woiwurrung, Wurrundjeri and Bunurong.

Michelle supports TIF on an adhoc basis and continues to work with some participants to provide trauma informed services however is no longer taking on new referrals.
Michelle is a carpenter and comes to The Iceberg Foundation after a decade in environmental conservation, gardening, landscaping and bushland regeneration. She is passionate about the environment, and about helping people to make the most out of their spaces whether these are indoors or outdoors.

Using her permaculture training, understanding of trauma informed principles and experience in gardening, Michelle supports people to set up and maintain indoor and outdoor spaces that positively impact on their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
​
Michelle also uses a range of positive behavioural techniques such as body doubling, gamefication, prioritisation and mirorring to support people who have a difficult relationship with cleaning, organising, tidying or de-cluttering compounded by any neuro-divergence. She brings a non-judgemental and open attitude to her work which allows her to meaningfully support people to achieve and maintain their goals.
