Capacity Building

We provide comprehensive and holistic mental health services that focus on developing skills, knowledge, sustainable solutions and resilience. We are committed to building the capacity of individuals, families, relationships, groups, communities and organisations through training, consulting, coaching, workshop facilitation and student placements. We are committed to supporting groups and organisations build capacity and confidence.

We are always open to new opportunities, so please reach out if you think we can work together. We tailor our workshops and trainings to suit the needs of the group and therefore would be keen to hear from you!

We are currently closed for student placements until 2024.

We have noticed a marked increase in people experiencing mental health problems and crises during the past 3 years. We have also witnessed the parallel growth in anxiety from loved ones who often feel ill-equipped to support the person experiencing these issues. We at TIF, want to change that. Our goal is to provide people with the skills to help youth and adult community members to address their mental health problems and intervene before they become mental health crises. Having mental health first aid skills means that you can assist someone developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis and make a real difference to your community.
